Successful Campout!

We stayed dry for the most part, waiting out one thunderstorm from the safety of parents' cars and a few rain showers from the shelter of the lentos.  Campsite groups worked well together to organize camp and food, complete team-building challenges and perform skits at our bonfire.

As always, we have to thank all of you parents who were able to chaperone.  Thank you!  Also, a huge thank you to Lisa Barland who helped make sure we had everything we needed. And finally, we are so appreciative of Chris LeBlanc who prepared an extraordinary dinner.  Wow.

Communications within the School Day

Classroom teachers are not always able to answer the phone or check messages during the school day. We also ask that students not use their own phones unless they are using it to listen to music during core time.  With these concerns in mind, please use the following methods of communication:

  • Please contact Lisa Barland, our amazing TA, with any information on absences, late arrivals, and after school plans.  She can also relay messages to students.
  • Please contact your child's core teacher with general questions and concerns.

Curriculum Update

Science and social studies classes started up last week, as did 5th grade world language, band and chorus, and all sports.  Students will experience a "regular" schedule this week, with the exception of one assembly Wednesday morning.  Your child may be tired by the end of the week adjusting to the full swing of classes and after school activities!  See our schedule below:
